Buttons made from Horn & Shell

To complement the range of yarns for knitting, Loch Sunart Yarns & Buttons also offers a range of buttons in shell and horn – all in natural colours and unusual shapes and sizes. The quality of these buttons will make all the difference when finishing off a garment.

The buttons shown will give you an indication of the colours that they come in (although the Paua are actually more of an iridescent blue/green/silver than shown in the pictures) and the range of sizes (diameter in millimetres) that each button comes in is given alongside, together with the prices.

If you are at all unsure about any of the button colours, etc. ( you do get some variation from one button to the next due to them being a natural material), please do not hesitate to telephone or email me to discuss any details, or alternatively, why not pay a visit to the wonderful Ardnamuchan peninsula and see the real thing for yourself !
